By using NephroNourish or engaging its services, you agree to the terms below.
Not medical advice. NephroNourish provides nutrition education, research translation, and paid nutrition consulting. Nothing on this site or in a consultation is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and none of it is a substitute for care from your nephrologist, physician, or registered dietitian. Always consult your care team before changing your diet, fluid intake, supplements, or medications.
Services offered
- Nutritional Blueprint — a 90-minute one-to-one consultation with intake review, a personalized written plan with cited sources, and 30 days of email follow-up.
- Ongoing Partnership — a three-month engagement with an initial deep dive, follow-up consultations, and email support.
- Institutional Consulting — research collaboration, patient-education curriculum review, advisory work, and speaking, on a scope agreed in writing.
Services are delivered by a nutrition researcher, nutrition consultant, and AKF-certified Kidney Health Coach — not a licensed or registered dietitian.
Scheduling, rescheduling, and refunds
Sessions can be rescheduled or refunded up to 48 hours in advance. Requests made within 48 hours of the session, or missed sessions, are generally non-refundable, though exceptions for medical emergencies are handled case by case. Refund and scheduling requests are handled directly through the Contact page.
Peer Mentorship
Peer mentorship offered through the National Kidney Foundation Peer Mentor program is a separate, free service provided under NKF's own program terms. It is not part of paid one-to-one consulting, does not include a personalized plan, and is not a substitute for medical care.
Intellectual property
Blog content, diagrams, downloadable PDFs, email newsletters, and published research summaries on this site are owned by NephroNourish / Swetha Raju. They may not be copied, republished, redistributed, or used in commercial or educational materials without written permission. Short quotations with clear attribution and a link back are welcome.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or use materials in a way that misrepresents their source or clinical meaning.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NephroNourish and Swetha Raju are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. You are responsible for decisions made about your own health in consultation with your medical team.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [state to be specified], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated over time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
